Remark :

• For Changsuek Member and GSB Thai League Debit Card Holders will get 5% discount for Pre-sale period for the Group Stage on Sunday, 8 December 2019 at 10:00 am via all sales/distribution channels except for Thailand Post.
• Group Stage ticket sale for public fans will start on Monday, 9 December 2019 at 10:00 am
• In case of double-headers (2 matches in the same stadium on the same day), one single ticket can be used to attend both matches.
• Students (from Bachelor degree and below) will receive 20% off from the original price for every seat in every venues but purchase must be made through 14 TTM main brances, Major Cineplex/EGV, Tesco Lotus, Big C and at the stadium's ticket sales box on match days.
• All payment by credit card will be charged 3% for convenience and transactional fee.
• Children over 90 cm. in height will require match tickets to attend the event.

เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงบัตร

บัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินของสมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย (เอเอฟซี)

1. อนุญาตให้ผู้ถือบัตรเข้าชมเกมการแข่งขัน ตามพื้นที่ที่ระบุไว้บนบัตรเข้าชมเท่านั้น
2. บัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน, คืน หรือ แลกเป็นเงินสดได้
3. กรณีที่บัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันชำรุด สูญหาย หรือถูกขโมย จะไม่สามารถขอรับบัตรเข้าชมใหม่ได้
4. บัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันทั่วไปไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ในการทำโปรโมชั่น หรือกิจกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์ได้
5. วัตถุอันตราย อาวุธ สารต้องห้ามทางกฎหมาย วัตถุระเบิด และ วัตถุก่อประกายไฟ ไม่สามารถนำเข้าสนามแข่งขันได้
6. ผู้ถือบัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันจะต้องให้ความร่วมมืออย่างเต็มที่แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ในการตรวจค้นก่อนเข้าสู่สนาม หรือกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องมีการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารผู้ถือบัตรเข้าชม
7. ผู้ถือบัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวและของมีค่าต่างๆ
8. ผู้ถือบัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันไม่สามารถกระทำอันใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการถ่ายภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหว หรืออัดเสียง เชิงพาณิชย์
9. การสูบบุหรี่ในบริเวณสนามแข่งขันถือเป็นความผิดทางกฎหมาย ท่านสามารถสูบบุหรี่ได้ในบริเวณที่กำหนด
10. สมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย (เอเอฟซี) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงวัน เวลา และ ที่นั่ง โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
11. สมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย (เอเอฟซี) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การคืนเงินหรือชดเชยค่าบัตรในกรณีที่ผู้ถือบัตรถูกเชิญออก กรณีที่เข้าชมมีความประพฤติที่ไม่เหมาะสมหรือก่อเหตุให้เกิดความรุนแรง
12. ผู้ถือบัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันจะต้องยินยอมให้ทางสมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย บันทึกภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหว และ เสียง ซึ่งอาจนำไปใช้ต่อในสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ โดยไม่มีค่าตอบแทนใดๆ
13. สมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย (เอเอฟซี) และคณะกรรมการจัดแข่งขัน ขอสงวนสิทธิไม่รับผิดชอบตามกรอบที่กฎหมายกำหนด ในกรณีที่ผู้ถือบัตรเช้าชมการแข่งขันได้รับบาดเจ็บ เสียชีวิต หรือทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวได้รับความเสียหาย จากการเข้าชมการแข่งขันดังกล่าว
14. สมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย (เอเอฟซี) และคณะกรรมการจัดแข่งขัน ขอสงวนสิทธิในการปรับเปลี่ยนแก้ไขเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงบัตรการเข้าชมการแข่งขันตามกรอบที่กฎหมายกำหนด

Terms and Conditions

Tickets to this competition are issued by and remain the property of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC)

1. Only the holders of these tickets shall be permitted entry to the stadium and provided access to the specific areas as designated on the tickets. Tickets shall only be valid on the date(s) and time(s) as indicated on the ticket.
2. Tickets shall not be exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
3. Any tickets which are damaged, lost or stolen shall not be replaced.
4. Tickets shall not be used as a medium for promotional or commercial ac- tivities.
5. Dangerous materials, weapons, illegal or unlawful substances, fire' and explosives are strictly prohibited.
6. Ticket holders shall provide full cooperation and submit to any search or verification conducted by relevant authorities.
7. Ticket holders who attend and bring personal belongings to the venue are at their own risk.
8. Commercial photography, audio or video recordings are strictly prohibited.
9. Smoking at the venue is prohibited except in certain designated areas as indicated.
10. The AFC reserves the right, without prior notice, to make alterations to the time, date, seating arrangements and venue of the competition.
11. The AFC reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission or evict any person(s) whose conduct is deemed disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or the enjoyment of the services by others.
12. Ticket holders expressly consent to the recording or photography of their image, voice and/or likeness and agree to the use of which by the AFC, its agents and partners in perpetuity in any and all media for any purposes throughout the world, without payment of compensation.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the AFC, Local Organising Committee and venue management exclude any liability (including for personal injury, death or loss or damage to personal property) howsoever arising in connection with a match, property which is lost , and stolen or damaged.
14. The ticket terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in the rules of admission, relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
